How consumer applicants' data is handled when it flows through LeadVaultUSA microsites.
Every LeadVaultUSA microsite carries a one-to-one TCPA consent module. Consumers explicitly authorize contact from specifically-named lender / servicing partners at the time of submission. Consent is timestamped, IP-logged, and archived for 5 years.
Consumer applications flow to matched lender / servicing partners who purchased that specific vertical / geo. We do not sell consumer data to unrelated third parties, and we do not use consumer data for cross-marketing outside the stated purpose.
California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and Utah residents can opt out at any time by writing to consumer-privacy@leadsvaultusa.com. Opt-outs are honored within 15 business days across all our microsites.
Consumers may request full deletion of their application record. We honor deletion requests within 30 business days, subject to legal-retention exceptions (fraud investigations, active loan servicing).
Our team replies within 24 business hours — usually much sooner.
