How our replacement, return, and quality guarantees work.
Orders lock in the per-lead price at checkout. Fulfillment SLA is 24 hours for On-Demand and 5 business days for scheduled drips. Partial fulfillment triggers a proportional refund at your election, or roll-over to the next batch.
Leads returned within 72 hours with a valid reason (disconnected phone, wrong number, DNC hit, deceased, or duplicate you already own) are auto-replaced from the same vertical + filter set at no additional charge. Reason codes must be submitted through /buyer/orders → Report row.
Purchased leads may not be resold, uploaded to a third-party data broker, or used for any non-lending / non-servicing purpose without written approval. Buyers who breach this clause have their account frozen and outstanding orders forfeited.
Wallet top-ups via crypto (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH), ACH, or wire. Negative balances allowed only with admin approval and are due within 7 business days. Late fees accrue at 1% / week.
