Eligibility
You must be 18+ and operate from a country that is not on the OFAC sanctions list. Publisher accounts are approved individually based on the quality and provenance of the traffic sources you disclose during onboarding.

Traffic & consent
Every lead you send must originate from a page that carries a compliant TCPA one-to-one consent language for the specific advertiser list, timestamped and IP-logged. Incentivised traffic, co-registration, and email-list scraping are not accepted. Repeated violations forfeit any unpaid balance.

Payment terms
Payouts run on Net-15 for approved leads, minimum $200 threshold. Payment methods: US ACH, Wise, PayPal Business, or stablecoin (USDC on Base). Chargebacks / non-billable leads are deducted from the next cycle.

Termination
Either party may terminate the publisher relationship with 5 business days notice. Fraudulent traffic, undisclosed sources, or attempts to reverse-engineer our lead validation flow void all pending payouts.
