How LeadVaultUSA collects, uses, and protects the data of publishers and buyers.
Account data (name, email, phone, tax ID for publishers), platform activity (logins, order history, IP), and payment data (via our processors — we never see full card numbers). We do not sell publisher or buyer personal data to third parties.
To operate the marketplace: process orders, deliver leads, run payouts, prevent fraud, and comply with tax reporting requirements (1099 for US publishers). We share data with processors (Stripe, ACH banks), tax authorities, and law enforcement under valid legal process.
US residents can request an export, correction, or deletion of their personal data by writing to compliance@leadsvaultusa.com. We respond within 15 business days. California, Colorado, Virginia, and Connecticut residents have expanded rights under CCPA/CDPA — see our Consumer Privacy Policy for details.
Publisher and buyer records are retained for 7 years post-account-closure to satisfy federal tax and audit requirements. Payment metadata is retained per PCI DSS. Lead data is deleted after 24 months of buyer non-use.
